Why We Changed Our Name to Victory Life Apostolic Church
We want to share something important with you about our church family. After much prayer and seeking God’s direction, we felt led to update our assembly name. What was once Victory Life Center is now Victory Life Apostolic Church.
This change is not just about a new sign or a new look—it’s about clarity of identity and mission.
Victory Life remains at the heart of who we are—because in Christ we walk in victory, and His life flows through us.
Apostolic declares our faith and doctrine. We stand firmly on the foundation of the Apostles’ teaching (Acts 2:42), proclaiming the oneness of God, baptism in Jesus’ name, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
Church reminds us that we are not just a center, but a body—a living, called-out assembly of believers committed to loving God, serving people, and making disciples.
This name better reflects who we are, what we believe, and where God is leading us. We are not changing direction—we’re sharpening focus. Our mission is the same: to be a place where lives are transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.

About the Ministry
As Senior Pastors & Overseers of Victory Life Apostolic, my wife & I are dedicated in making Christ the primary focus in our ministry.
We are extremely excited to have a part in helping people. The Lord has given us a vision as to what was needed in these Last Days & End Times........REVIVAL!" It's all about a relationship with Jesus!

Pastors Stephen & Shasta Parker are serving as our full-time campus pastors at Victory Life Apostolic.
Originally from West Virginia, the Parkers relocated to SC in 2022 in obedience to the Lord's voice. Stephen & Shasta share the vision of this church assembly in service to our community, sharing the love and truth of Jesus and directing families to the Lord Jesus. The Parkers have been in ministry for many years, which includes serving as anointed worship leaders. Shasta is currently working toward her Masters in Human Services Counseling: Marriage & Family with anticipated graduation in early 2026. We are very blessed to have these Pastors with us and know they are an asset to the Kingdom of God and community of Loris.
